Founder

Mike founded MR Associates Inc. in 1973. Utilizing his background in graphics design, copy-writing and print production, he built the agency to the successful family-owned and operated business it is today. The success of the agency was established on Mike’s focus on technology and the medical industry. He believed there would always be a need for technological advancements in any industry, so he made a conscious decision to build a tech-savvy client list.

Mike currently serves as former President, but continues to be actively involved in the decision making and creative process of the company.

Mike served in the United States Navy during the Japanese postwar efforts from 1946-1947. He currently resides in Cape Cod with his wife, and enjoys summers with his 6 children and 10 grandchildren.

President

Steve is the driving force in the creative department. He manages the business development, advertising strategy and graphic design of MR Associates and its clients.

Steve’s career started in 1974 at Gleason Publishing, managing the print production of buyer’s guides, newspapers, magazines and brochures; which were the cornerstone of the advertising industry at the time. Soon after, he took the role of Art Director at MR Associates alongside his father Mike. Together they built their clientele in the up-and-coming technology industry, working with top names like Hewlett Packard. Later, as V.P. Account Executive, Steve was in charge of new business development, focusing on high-tech companies in the microwave communication and radio frequency industries. Steve was involved in the early stages of website design as the advertising industry shifted to a more web-centric world. Today, as Vice President with 42 years of graphic design and advertising skills, Steve can turn any idea into a meaningful and creative marketing piece.

Steve lives in Littleton, MA with his wife and has two grown sons. When he is not in the office, he enjoys skiing, sailing and is an avid volleyball player.

Office Manager

Lisa is responsible for the administrative, accounting, and financial operations of MR Associates and its employees. She has been with the company for 15 years.

Lisa has over 20 years of experience in small to mid-size office administration, bookkeeping, and logistics management.  In addition to her work at MR, she is co-owner of a small business. Lisa is actively involved in the local community with experience in fundraising and event planning. She lives with her husband and three children in Littleton, MA.

Web Designer

Brianne helps manage the digital and visual marketing strategy for MR Associates and its clients. Her responsibilities include marketing design consultation, web design, and web host management.

Brianne has over 15 years of experience in marketing and design. Before joining MR Associates, Brianne was a Marketing Specialist/Graphic designer for a large scientific research company, and an independent designer and web user interface tester for companies such as Michaels, Webflow, Amazon, CNN and Citizens Bank. Brianne has a BFA in Illustration from Brigham Young University, and lives with her two parakeets in Billerica, MA.
